Our Commitment

Crest View Services is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to ensure our website is usable by individuals with a wide range of abilities. What is WCAG?

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG 2.1 is organized around four core principles — content must be:

Perceivable

Information and UI components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive — including text alternatives for non-text content and captions for multimedia.

Operable

UI components and navigation must be operable — all functionality must be available from a keyboard, with sufficient time to read and use content.

Understandable

Information and UI operation must be understandable — text is readable, content appears and operates in predictable ways.

Robust

Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

Measures We Take

Crest View Services takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Include accessibility as a consideration in all website design and development decisions
  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content (images, icons, graphics)
  • Ensure sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Support keyboard navigation throughout the website
  • Use semantic HTML elements and ARIA labels where appropriate
  • Ensure forms, buttons, and interactive controls are clearly labeled
  • Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second
  • Provide clear, consistent navigation and page structure
  • Ensure links have descriptive text that indicates their purpose

Conformance Status

Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate any gaps and are committed to ongoing improvement.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, including:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible
  • Third-party embedded content (such as partner websites) may not conform to our accessibility standards
